capital raising process, effectively navigate and bridge external and internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a regular reporting cadence to the board<\/li>\n<li>Scan the market for potential opportunities for inorganic growth and strategic partnership<\/li>\n<li>Conduct due diligence and evaluate investment thesis for potential investment and M&amp;A<\/li>\n<li>Continuously build relationships and be the face of Evermos within startup ecosystem in SEA<\/li>\n<li>Advise C-levels on strategic issues based on learnings from competitors and development within adjacent spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree with good honors from a top-tier university<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years experience in consulting, strategy, or venture role<\/li>\n<li>Experience with quantitative analysis e.g. financial modeling and data manipulation<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing investment memo to Investment Committee to clearly articulate investment thesis and synergies with Evermos existing businesses<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to construct and deliver a clear presentation to C-levels<\/li>\n<li>Experience in analyzing and quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Ability to empathize and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience<\/li>\n<li>A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status
