style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educate and train resellers on Evermos policies, product offerings, and operational processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as commercial, marketing, operations, and customer support) to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance reseller satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Develop and execute strategies to drive reseller engagement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor key performance metrics related to onboarding and engagement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide ongoing support and guidance to resellers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continuously assess and optimize the onboarding experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong understanding of online marketplaces and reseller dynamics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions and improving processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight:
