Sr. Corporate Development Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors
• Lead capital raising process, effectively navigate and bridge external and internal stakeholders
• Maintain a regular reporting cadence to the board
• Scan the market for potential opportunities for inorganic growth and strategic partnership
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate investment thesis for potential investment and M&A
• Continuously build relationships and be the face of Evermos within startup ecosystem in SEA
• Advise C-levels on strategic issues based on learnings from competitors and development within adjacent spaces

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with good honors from a top-tier university
• 3 – 5 years experience in consulting, strategy, or venture role
• Experience with quantitative analysis e.g. financial modeling and data manipulation
• Experience in developing investment memo to Investment Committee to clearly articulate investment thesis and synergies with Evermos existing businesses
• Excellent communication skills to construct and deliver a clear presentation to C-levels
• Experience in analyzing and quantifying complex strategic issues tied to long-term business objectives
• Ability to empathize and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels of experience
• A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.
