Brand Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, loyalty, and market share growth through the examination of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future customer needs, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Manage product life cycle from conception to launch, including product development, positioning, and pricing strategies with the aim of finding winning products that could significantly impact the growth of the sales per month
  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign results to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by overseeing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Product Manager in the FMCG industry for at least 5 years.
  • Solid experience in the general trade market
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for identifying and developing winning products.
  • Experience with handling product launches, brand management, and P&L would be an added value
  • Good communication & negotiation skills, creative, analytical, well organized, and has a strong personality
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
