Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for creating and positioning new brands in the market.
- Product Development Collaboration
Work closely with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand vision and market needs.
Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Launch Planning and Execution
Create detailed launch plans, including marketing, sales, and distribution strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand launch activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the herbal and general supplements industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new brands in the market.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in brand development and product marketing.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
