Responsibilities :
- Implement user retention strategies to keep users active and engaged.
- Monitor and analyze user lifecycle metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of user growth strategies.
- Conduct experiment testing to optimize programs and initiatives.
- Generate reports and provide user insights to the management team.
- Collaborate with community and marketing teams to execute initiatives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 2+ years of experience in a user growth or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful user retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and critical thinker with a passion for innovation and growth.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic working environments
