Job Description
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Transportation & Warehouse/Hub Optimization: Analyze transportation routes, modes, and carriers to optimize costs, delivery times, and capacity utilization.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop and implement effective solutions.
- Project Management: Manage operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Reporting: Prepare and present clear and concise reports on findings, recommendations, and project progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industry >2 years is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis & BI tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI etc)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Placement in Yogyakarta or Bandung.
