Job Description
- Develop and implement digital ad strategies aligned with our NGO’s mission.
- Lead ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Create and manage engaging social media content.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate on consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage budget and resources for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Build relationships with influencers and partners.
- Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the NGO sector.
- Understanding various advertising channels.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics also strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
