Community & Sales Agent – Lampung

Job Description:

• Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage the Evermos Community.
• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
• Lead the development of the Evermos community program to continue growth through relevant activities and benefits.
• Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with external communities, and institutions.
• Lead Evermos Field Community Team to achieve its goal and target. 
• Analyze and report the effectiveness of every community activity.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university. 
• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management. 
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Focus on the target 
• Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
• Required to travel and work outside.
• Willing to be placed in Lampung.
