Job Description:
- Develop, shoot, and edit compelling and visually appealing videos and images tailored to TikTok and Instagram audiences.
- Design and implement content strategies that align with our brand’s goals, trends, and audience preferences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and algorithm changes on TikTok and Instagram to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions as part of broader marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Passion for social media and a deep understanding of the TikTok and Instagram ecosystems.
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram with a strong portfolio or examples of past work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, VN or Prequel) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging copy.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
