Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and generate data from multiple source
- Maintain and update marketing databases, including contact lists, customer information, and campaign metrics.
- Help team to prepare all marketing report include campaign performance, social media data, seo database and other relevant metrics
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to facilitate marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Manage the overall administrative things for marketing dept and coordinate with procurement, finance and people team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Has a high level of initiative with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing field.
