Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for resellers during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Evermos platform.
- Educate and train resellers on Evermos policies, product offerings, and operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (such as commercial, marketing, operations, and customer support) to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance reseller satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive reseller engagement.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to onboarding and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to resellers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating solutions.
- Continuously assess and optimize the onboarding experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success roles, preferably within the e-commerce or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and reseller dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions and improving processes.
- Bachelor’s degree inany fields with min. 1 year of experience in online sales
- Able to work from office (Bandung)
