Job Descriptions
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our marketing goals to boost search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct technical SEO audits, identify issues related to site architecture, indexing, and crawlability, and implement solutions to improve site performance.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking to enhance relevance and search engine visibility.
- Perform detailed keyword research to identify high-value keywords and integrate them effectively into content and site structure.
- Work closely with content creators and marketers to ensure content is SEO-friendly, meets user intent, and aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing SEO insights and recommendations that enhance campaign performance and visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Engineer or in a similar SEO-focused role within a marketing department, demonstrating success in improving search engine rankings and driving traffic.
- Experienced in using WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing SEO challenges and optimizing performance.
- High level of accuracy, quick learner, attention to detail and willing to do extra mile
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in search engine algorithms and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively within a marketing team and cross-functional groups.
- Enthusiastic about SEO and digital marketing with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
